I neverd rented a car from them at all !!!!

This is a very good location with a staff that is striving for customer service excellence. I have rented front this location twice now. My vehicle is ready and clean at pick up time with quick arrival to drive away response time. They have added measures for CoVid cleanliness. The manager Jesse at this location aims to please.

Enterprise is not the cheapest car rental company but that's because they have value! The customer service I receive is great, especially from the Everett, Washington location on Everett Mall Way.nnThe Manager is an amazing person to work with and always ensures a great experience when you come. All the other associates are relatively friendly as well.nnThe vehicles are always delivered clean, smelling well and usually fueled up.nnThere are a lot of car rental companies out there, but remember, you pay for what you get.

This place treated me a my girl great. No problems, really really fast service. I was in and out within 5 min.. Got the car for a month at a great price and will definitely be back next month to pay for another month only at this location. Thank you

We have been renting from the Everett location for several years now and could not be happier with the service we receive from Jesse and his team. We even followed him when he moved locations! It is worth the few extra miles for us to work with Jesse and his team.nnWe recently had a hiccup with one of our rentals but it was addressed immediately and handled professionally and with the stellar customer service we have come to expect.nnI will also say that when we travel and rent from Enterprise out of state we have always been very satisfied with our experience.
