We have used sound cabulance many times in the last 4 months. Dianne in the office has always gone out of her way to help, even at the last minute. The drivers are always timely (except when I made a last minute change) and polite. I would definitely recommend this service to everyone.
Good service
I just completed using their services for the transport of my 91 year old mother who needed medical transportation to a new facility. Sound Cabulance was so easy to work with. They provided excellent customer service, timely pick up, and reasonable rates. I had to change the time and date a few times, but they were patient and responsive, and diligently worked around my schedule. I was very pleased with their services.
Driver was friendly and professional.
