From start to finish, my experience (as is always is when I have used Enterprise) was stellar! Booked my car online the night before. Went in the next morning and the car was available. As an afterthought, I decided to upgrade to an SUV and no hesitation whatsoever jumping in and making that happen. They even offered to help me get the car returned and back to my car (which happened to be 80 miles rt out of their way) if I needed the help. As it turned out I did not, but what service. Shawn, Andrew and George we are great, and I felt went the extra mile for me the entire time! This is what keeps me coming back time after time, whether it is renting due to car issues, or renting when in Maui!
