Avis Car Rental

The only true difficulty and stress was returning the car to the airport there in Seattle. Unsure how Avis is able to deal with that directly yet the walk from the drop off (which the man was genuinely nice) to the shuttle was crazy and disorienting. People are stressed already when they travel so making it less stressful to return the car would be a great bonus for Avis. Loved the interaction from all Avis people I spoke with and encountered.

When I arrived to pick up my rental on Friday, the representative in the office offered me a free upgrade to a red Chevy Camaro or a white Ford Mustang. After checking my ID, I was out the door in less than 5 minutes. That was a fun expected surprise, especially given I had rented the car for a personal weekend getaway. I went for the Ford Mustang and felt special all weekend!

Everyone was super nice rented the car with no problem and dropped it off the next day with no problem -- I will come back to rent again

We try to rent from this facility as often as possible. They have consistently provided us with well-maintained vehicles and wonderful customer service over the years! The vehicle that we recently rented was extremely clean and smelled brand new. Due to Covid19 we still took proper personal precautions for our own health and safety, but the fact that the vehicle was very clean and smelled brand new brought me peace of mind during our rental experience. Upon check-in the agent that assisted me was wearing a mask and he was very prompt, professional & friendly.

Typically I've had no issues with Avis, but this location in South Everett seems to be missing on not having their vehicles licensed. We were to pick up by 12pm on 6/30 and the vehicle was not ready til after 1pm. They were busy and and I get that, but it should have been ready to go per the agreements since I needed to have the vehicle back a week later at the same noon time. The young man that assisted us was helpful and we did receive the upgrade to the suburban at no add'l cost, so that's why I'm giving a score of an 8. Otherwise experience was great and we appreciated the service to take care of us with a free add'l day to get the vehicle returned as well after the issues.
