More of a local style branch than an airport location makes this place have the absolute friendliest service I have recieved in a long time.
The team at this location is absolutely top notch. Everyone behind the counter is amazing. Scott in particular was super helpful. They sent me an email immediately following my pick up of the vehicle (they upgraded me at no charge btw) to let me know that they were there to help, and help they did. Despite multiple flight cancellations and delays, this crew helped me with extending my rental and coordinated drop off at a different location. The office is off airport about two miles from Paine Field, but the shuttles are frequent and really efficient. Highly recommended.
Great staff and only 7 minutes from to Paine Field airport (PAE).
New location started for the new PAE commercial airport nearby. The staff were very friendly. They chatted with my kids on the shuttle and in the shop. Overall, since PAE airport, it’s not congested.nnNational took effort to always have a shuttle at the pick up location in the airport. This greatly alleviated otherwise confusing situation for passengers. Kudos to them! We saw another family who rented with Hertz, waiting for shuttle insure, while we were taken care of.
The location is somewhat far away from the Payne (Everett) Airport, but the employees were very friendly!
