Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I’ve given multiple reviews regarding Enterprise over the years at many different locations. All of them five star, because they ALL deserved that rating. I’m on my 12th Dodge Charger since 2016, and have been renting consistently since December 2015 with the exception of about five months in between. Very rarely have I had any issues along the way, and the small ones that I’ve had in the past were resolved effectively and efficiently without question. Scott, my guy, who manages this location is highly competent and exemplary with customer service. A manager for a good reason. This is an excellent company that has made a somewhat complicated industry years ago much easier, and with quite reasonable rates. There is no doubt why that Enterprise is as solid and strong as they are, while some other rental companies are fading away. Valuable employees such as Scott and others that I’ve dealt with over the years are a solid indication on how upper management is doing things right.nnObviously, I highly recommend. ..

We accidentally booked the wrong dates and enterprise sent us to another location 5minutes away to pick a luxurious vehicle we wanted. Patrick honored our reservations through a 3rd party and we got a killer deal. They were polite, fast and understanding of our mistake. No issues and perfect customer service! Thank you!

Paperwork was easy, good customer service. The only thing I was a disappointed was the fact that the kind of car I choose wasn't available but they have other nice options. One of the tires had a puncture that we fixed.nCar return was easy, they were nice and take care of us when talked to them about the tire incident.

They charged me over $500 even though insurance covered the rental. Also never recieved a receipt, had to call for one. They don't let you know when they are gonna charge you, they just take the money out of your account.

Very helpful in finding me a Subaru instead of the Kia I'd been driving. Hated it
