Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The worst experience ever. I asked for a car and got an explorer with terrible gas mileage and missing knob to control the temperature in the vehicle and a crack in the windshield the spread and got worse over the period of time I had the car. They tried to hold me responsible for the glass damage saying it wasn't there before I got it. The guy said it couldn't have been there before because he walked the car with me and it wasn't there. The dude never looked at the vehicle. He was too busy trying to sell me additional insurance. They charged my credit card without notifying me so for a week I've been calling them thinking the charge in my card is my deposit that hasn't been refunded. They keep telling me to wait a couple days and the charge will go away. No one ever bothered to tell me it was a charge for damage. They never contacted my insurance either. I called corporate and was notified of what the charge actually was. I filed a complaint and disputed the charge and was told that the regional manager would contact me shortly. Still haven't heard a word from anyone. The insurance company warned me before I picked up the car that they are notorious for doing this if you don't pay for their insurance coverage. Straight up scam and terrible service.

The manager Chavo was great. He picked me up at the body shop and I was in and out in about 10 minutes. The car was better than I expected and they let me leave the rental at the body shop when I picked up my car. Great customer service. I recommend them if you're in need of a rental car.

We never put on a bad review but unfortunately the car was dirty, had barely any gas. Then when I mentioned to the employees it was like not a big deal. Also the quotes of price was not really clear. Then lady didn’t seem to care that we was not real satisfied overall. We rented over 10 times before but never had an issue. I've rented from here a few times and have had wonderful experiences. The people are nice and informative. Good cars and good prices. Deff be seeing me again.
