Flexible team; The first car was not the best, I spoke to them and they immediately replaced it.
This is the second time I've used this location and both times the customer service has been great. No issues receiving or returning vehicles and prompt service always.
I would like to recommend Mill Creek Enterprise Car Rental. The reasons are: I felt like I was a valued customer by Sean Brenan and Claire. I got a courtesy call as a reminder prior to my rental date. I was picked up and dropped off given I was so close to the rental office. I had help with a rewards program and help with how to setup the rewards account. They were fast, efficient and very friendly. How does this get any better?! For full disclosure I have been renting here for almost 2 years.
Always a good experience at the Mill Creek office. I've rented from them about a dozen times and have always been treated well.
I will give zero points too. Besides they did not provide a car for me after the accident, but also they don't care about customer service at all. They did not pick up the phone and do not have the business situation handled properly. Customer service people are not prepared to handle different questions and issues and specially those connected with a rental car after accidents. If a Rental Car Company has not enough cars to handle the situations , figure it out and stay in the market as should with excellent customer service.
