Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Great place to rent a car. The price is awesome and we were upgraded to a Dodge Challenger for a small amount because they were getting ready to close for the weekend and the Challenger was just going to sit there for the weekend. We will most definitely rent from here again. Great customer service!!

The place itself was good, and staff was pleasant, however the Equinox we were given for our 40 hour trip apparently had poorly aimed headlights as we were constantly flashed, even by semi trucks, our entire trip. It made driving after dusk extremely unpleasant, and even dangerous. It was NO fun....

The guys here were super friendly and professional. They got me in my rental within minutes (I reserved online, which I highly recommend doing -- you don't pay anything until you pick up the vehicle, and it makes the whole process so much faster), and dropping off was just as painless. Will definitely be renting with them again in the future!

One of the gentleman that worker was very rude and unprofessional. Do not smile had a very bad attitude and proceeded to behave as if I was inconveniencing him what his job was to help me and to complete my rental. When I ask for a new vehicle because I was only doing it for a few days he proceeded to tell me that I was going to stay in the car that I was already in when I already told him I didn't want the car anymore. When I stated that the attitude got worse and I did not appreciate it at all. When you choose to work in customer service you choose to deal with the good in the bad and sometimes the ugly that's just the way it goes so he doesn't like it then you should probably find a new job on top of that my father-in-law was charged $500 because of they say lack of communication when we've had a rental for the past 10 months and they have had no problem deducting payment either every week or every day which way it was running. So with that being said under the circumstances you would think that the employee's Behavior would be a little better being the fact that they did what they did but it was otherwise.

Excellent customer service. Car was in good condition and the daily rate was fair and reasonable. Will use again if needed.
