My experience with the management and staff made the rental process and unforeseen extension days flawless. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. I plan on continuing to give them my business in the future .
Convenient location next to the harbor. Staff was nice as well. I’m giving 4 stars because the car Itself was dirty and needed a deep cleaning. The paint is faded because of the caked on bug guts and the windshield was dirty on the inside because of too much overspray from what I hoped to be cleaner. The gas level was half full, which was a little annoyance since I wanted to hit the road without any other needed stops.
Car was clean and well appointed. The rental rep was curt and keep trying to upsell coverages I didn't want which is why the lower starts.
Car was ready on time, performed well, and return was easy.
