Super great friendly service even when I had problems with my bank, never got annoyed, helped me figure it out, car was fun to drive
I've rented a car here three times and I have had no problems with my rental experience so far. The staff were great, even though they were dealing with a line of renters and an unruly customer who was upset that they didn't qualify to rent a vehicle. Thank you Lakewood branch!
The driver was very nice and polite. The paperwork was easy to understand and it was easy to sign. Thank you.
I really enjoy working with my local enterprise. The employees are nice and professional they know us on a first name basis and work hard to make sure we leave happy. The vehicles are in excellent shape and usually clean. The reason I don't give them 5 stars is the discrepancy in price. I will make a reservation online and when I go to pick it up, they don't honor the price or won't have the vehicle I reserved and expect me to pay the difference in the available vehicles. This has become very frustrating as I have a set budget for the trip and this discrepancy can affect me greatly. It's getting to the point where I'm considering using a different rental company. Very unfortunate.
