Budget Car Rental

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!! A lady named Lindsay to be exact called us 12 hours before we are supposed to pick up a rental car (mind you we had booked this car weeks in advance) telling us that they do not have any cars available YET she tried to up sell us another car that’s supposably there sports car for 30$ more. Really??? It’s not even our fault they supposably had no cars on the lot yet she wanted to charge us additional for this other car after she JUST said they didn’t have any cars. I’ve worked customer service plenty of times before and as common courtesy for what already happened, you should be working something out to help us. We asked if she could possibly price match the price we had booked for at a different Budget place and she absolutely would not want to help us at all. She should not be working customer service. I’ve never wished bad upon anyone before but I hope Lindsay gets what she deserves. Just like the lady down below in the reviews, I too went to Enterprise. Hands down the best experience with them. NEVERRRRR renting at Budget again.

My lease experience at Budget was extremely satisfying. John, the owner, was entertaining and considerate. The truck was high up and I am not tall. He got a step stool for me to climb into thenvehicle and allowed me to use it for my move. He had the truck ready to go when I arrived. The returnnwent smoothly, with no surprises. During this difficult time John's pleasant attitude was appreciated. I highly recommend considering Budget to the competition, who I tried first and was left feeling frustrated. If i could give anegative starts I would! We reserved a car from this location 3 weeks in advance, for a road trip out of state. Then an hour before we had to pick up the car they called us to tell us they had no car for us, to give them a few hours. After 4-5 hours of calling in to check if they had a car for us, they started being very rude saying they don't have anything for us and he couldn't guarantee one for the next day ether. He was trying to send us all the way to seattle (airport) to get a car which was going to cost double. This is the worst costumer service I have ever received. Not only did I waisted a day of my vacations waiting around for a car that never came but I was treated very poorly. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. I ended up renting a car from enterprise and they had amazing costumer service and car was nice and clean. Please spend a little more money and get treated with respect. Thank for wasting my time budget and your bad costumer service!

Worst experience ever.... I was charged for 386 miles, I didn't even go 25 miles. This location has the worst reviews, wish I had looked before going here. Now they say they are investigating the situation. Maybe if the location was open during the hours they say they are, and not closing 2 hours before hand, this kind of ridiculousness wouldn't happen. I will never rent from here again. EVER!!!!!

Made a reservation, it was available and when I got there the guy told me there wasn’t cars available
