Have rented cars here twice with exceptional experience. John was great on getting me into my vehicles.nI have rented from other companies in the Tacoma area and rarely satisfied.nAvis has been my best experience!!!nThanks and I will be back.

No hassle, was in and out within 5 minutes, since I pre-registered online.

I made a reservation a couple weeks in advance. I called a couple days before to confirm the reservation and they told me they didn’t know if they could fulfill it and to call back the next day. I did so and received poor customer service regarding my reservation. Was told they still didn’t know and would be “labeled the bad guys” if they couldn’t after I explained that we were moving to another state and I needed to know a little more information about what was going to happen with the truck. I was then told I would get another phone call with an update. I never received another phone call about if they could fulfill my reservation or not. I do not recommend using this budget service.

I just called to speak to the MGR and the person that answered said he was ! Very rude and no enthusiasm!nPoor Customer service ! Go somewhere else ! All I wanted was to make a reservation !

Overcharged us, Manager very rude, not under new management as someone suggested. Claimed price went up because it was summer time, even though the price quoted was 24 hours earlier. Manager blamed women at counter and said they will be retrained. Will never rent from them again
