When we picked up our rental my husband purchased the insurance on top of our insurance which already covered the car. We were not made aware that this was a DAILY CHARGE. We were very much deceived by the man at the counter who purposely did not make this clear to us. Hertz charged us 800 dollars for 17 days and by the time we realized it, it was too late. I spent an hour and a half on the phone with customer service trying to explain the situation as we cannot afford this! I explained that the charge was not made clear to us, and as their customers we felt deceived. The manager that I spoke too did not care, they didn't care that we felt deceived. Worst customer service I have ever had. I asked them if they were ok if I let everyone else know how we had been treated and they seemed fine with it so here I am. We cannot afford this after all we had been through with our accident! So note that the insurances are daily charges don't be deceived. And if you can, do your business with another company.

I came in Tuesday (its now friday) to cancel the insurance for the rental car as my insurance covers it. After the person took the previous insurance number, did an inspect, and then allowed me to use mine he forgot the most important part, apparently he failed to actually cancel it. So what did i wake up to this morning? A nice fat charge to my bank account I was not expecting, 251$. With covid and everything, just being in a car wreck, I dont have an extra 251$. Yes there canceling the charge, but as were all aware, that is not instant, and can take a day to several days. So now I sit here, waiting for my refunded, because someone couldent do there job.nnEditnIt took them 14 days to issue a refund....nReturned the car and woke up to another 377$ charge for God knows what as this was all supposed to be taken care of by insurance. I will never give this company any sort of buisness as long as I live, and ill advise anyone I know to avoid them the like plague

They are NOT professional, very rude and bad customer service. They are not sanitizing or cleaning their vehicles. Also tried to give me a vehicle with damage and did not do a walk around! They are garbage. Always go to enterprise.

The staff is very helpful and excellent customer service. I would recommend this car rental to all my family and friends.

John was the worst customer service rep that I have ever encountered. He was rushed due to being under staffed and did not complete my transaction before moving on to next customer.nVery unprofessional, very rude.
