Very busy when I arrived to pick up my car but I was greeted upon arrival and once it was my turn I experienced outstanding service and was out and on my way in about 10 minutes.
I've rented from this location several times and the excellent quality service is consistent. They confirmed my reservation and worked out the best deal to pick-up/drop-off the rental. COVID-19 precautions observed, process was efficient, and the vehicle was very clean.
This Enterprise location is TOP NOTCH. The process with them was so smooth and stress free. Their pricing is also great! When it came to the condition of my rental, a 2020 Jeep Cherokee that was also so impressive. I didn't even see one crumb or hair. It was SO CLEAN. The customer service provided by the manager, the assistant manager, and Caitlin who is a Management Trainee made me truly feel like I was in good hands and any issue that could arise would be quickly and efficently handled. THANK YOU ENTERPRISE! Herts down the street is like buying Dollar Store Brand and you guys are like Kirkland Brand. You guys put them to shame! I will forever come to Enterprise if I need a rental.
Ive rented vehicles from Enterprise several times in the last 15 years They Always have the newest Models available. Always have really good customer service reps. I highly recommend.
They tried twice to give me a sedan when I ordered an suv. Everyone was supper nice and apologetic. So I chalked it up to computer error... not going to give them a bad review for faulty computer stuff. Great price and drop off was easy and they were very nice too.
