Found a great price on a vehicle for vacation that fit the entire family but when it came time to pick it up the vehicle was not available. I had had this issue last year and they found one in another city causing a few hours delay. To avoid this I called and confirmed the day prior. Still not vehicle available.nnEnterprise needs to up their inventory of large vehicles to make sure reservations made months in advance are available when the time comes.nnWithout the space expected my vacation had to be modified. Even if notification would have been given I may have been able to shop another vendor for another vehicle.nnLove Enterprise when all goes great but this is the second time this occurred, please correct the issue.nnThank you

I was given great care and service! While I turned down all efforts for added protection, Nicholas Ohorsolka did try very hard for me to purchase them. Since I always deny protection, I did so with him.
The staff is SUPER friendly, helpful and are very quixk to jump on it. I heard from them in my scheduled rental faster than I heard from my claims adjuster about when I was able to even get my rental.
