I enjoyed the rental and the process. I spent maybe 10 minutes there and left with a nice rental for a great price! It was quick and easy which I appreciated. The Refundable deposit was $200 which I felt was a little high but all in all i enjoyed renting from enterprise and would rent again from them anytime.
One of your vehicles destroyed my son's Truck in Washington state on Sunday. Just got an email stating your company and your insurance company (ELCO) will not cover my son's destroyed truck. You are letting people drive your cars without any liability protection in the Washington state area citing Shields v Enterprise. What about if a renter kills someone in one of your cars? My son is in the military and was deployed yesterday. This is an outrage!!! We emailed your company will see now.

From start to end the experience was awesome it was our first time ever renting a car we went to other car rentals but their customer service wasn't there til we found this one I called and the person who answered was very friendly and helpful we went to pick up the car that we booked it was nice and clean ofcourse we inspected the car it was in great condition, when we return the car they came out checked it out saw they saw everything was fine and we were good to go. All the staff was on point and had great customer service most definitely coming back to rent a car on my next vacation ud83dude01
