My wife picked up a vehicle this weekend and the side door had spills on it and a used tissue of some sort in the side pocket of the drivers door. We didn’t notice it until we got out of the vehicle at our destination. Typically under these conditions we would have liked to exchange the vehicle as we had expected Enterprise to exceed Covid cleaning guidelines! We love their customer service just will be more mindful of our health by wiping down area in the vehicle ourselves!
I recently had to get my car repaired and needed to rent a car. I chose Enterprise and the whole process was very smooth. Picked up the car and it was clean and ready to go. Paperwork was easy. Overall it was pretty easy.
We always have an awesome experience ud83dude0e with Enterprise its always quick and easy I think total from the time I pulled in until the time I was in my rental leaving was less then 10 mins their cars are always super clean
Needed a car while my wife's car was in the shop after a hit and run. Enterprise made the rental and return seamless and easy. I've used them before, but am always pleasantly surprised at how simple and professional the staff at Enterprise always is.
