Susan was great! She treated me with respect and was very helpful in choosing the right rental for my needs! She came through and arranged all the paperwork for my insurance, i paid nothing for 8 days of using their rental car. I highly recommend this agency!
Didn’t have any problems or issues with anything. Very nice stuff. Very easy transaction! They even did me an upgrade on the car!
I was very happy with the service. They picked me up at the mechanic and returned me there after I dropped off my rental. Lexi is awesome. Fast and courteous. I highly recommend.
Booked the car online really easily. They rang the day before to confirm the booking. Check in was very quick and efficient and the car exactly what I'd booked. You couldn't ask for more, well earned 5 stars. Recommended, I will be going back.
Store employees were great. However my rental car broke down due to a bad alternator or battery. Corporate tried to charge me for roadside assistance for something that they should take care of. Talked to the branch manager and was promised the fee would be removed. When I received my receipt after I turned the car in I noticed the charge was back on my bill. Had to call back to the branch and talk to the manager again to have it removed. I will be trying a new rental agency for my trip later this month.
