This place is on base. I don't have anything negative to say about it. Just, I haven't been able to get on base for years. So disappointed that Google maps didn't tell me it was an on base rental center. But that may be more my being unfamiliar with Tacoma.
The lady that works there is super rude! I came to ask if we can rent the car a day longer and she saw me walking towards the door and she seemed to be contemplating if she should keep the sign saying closed or open it was 3:50 when we pulled up I thought they closed at 4? She claimed to be picking up a customer but when my dad went up there the day before he asked if she could pick up customers and she said no. I’m not sure who is working there but it seems to me she doesn’t treat all the customers with equal service.
I have requested a rental today and was told that I could be picked up at 1530well I tried to call them to tell them they can pick me up earlier but they didn’t answer then 1530 comes by and they still didn’t answer I called the customer service and they told me they couldn’t do nothing for me nothing and on top of that it’s on post that’s the bad part about it
Called me an hour and thirty minutes before my pick up time to inform me they didn’t have any cars. Such an inconvenience honestly avoid this place.
Alison was super friendly! And made it seem like I was just grabbing a friends car. Everything was fast and accurate.
