Had to take a trip from Union WA to Bellevue WA. The driver was great and called before hand to be sure of where to pick me up. Over all a fantastic taxi ride and if I need another ride, I will for sure be calling again.
Witnessed one of their vehicles passing in a left turn lane and exceeding the posted speed limit outside Belfair on 4/8/2020. Not sure if there was a paying customer riding. Doesnt give your company a good image.nnIn response to your reply: It WAS one of your taxi's. I know how to read. Might not have been in service, still had your business name plastered all over it.
Mason county taxi has gone above and beyond good service. Very reliable and they respond quickly.
I pulled in behind one of their taxi's at a local coffee shop's drive through. The lady driving the taxi, put the taxi in reverse and almost hit me. She proceeded to wave her hand frantically at me to back up, apparently I wasn't moving fast enough for her, (because I didn't immediately know what she was doing), she kept waving her hand at me and still backing up. I called to complain; the man who answered asked what I wanted him 'to do about it', 'she had just gotten a call'. If I ever need a taxi, I now know it's not safe to ride with Mason County Taxi; who also have the time to run, take care of, focus on kenneling the publics dogs........and taking the phone numbers from closed kennels.
Never had a problem with them, always on time & friendly, a little cheaper than patty wagon but just about the same.
