The girls at VA Farm bureau Northumberland are absolutely amazing! Working solely with Kristina Jenkins and Whitley Sines, I have had the best experience with an insurance company. They are quick to answer any and all questions knowledgeably. Currently, I insure 3 vehicles and a home at affordable rates. The professionalism during the more stressful time of making claims is just a breath of fresh air. I wasn't in my new house a month before a hurricane hit and devastated me. (Supposed to be a happy time!) Kristina and Whitley explained the entire process to me, reassured me that the process would be fast, and were incredibly personable. I have worked with several other agencies in the past and nothing is more satisfying than being able to pick up the phone and not go through an entire recorded menu. Overly satisfied with the help I have received from Christina and Whitley in Northumberland County. They are very knowledgeable young ladies and a pleasure to do business with. At first, I did not agree with the $40 membership that has to be paid with getting insurance with Farm Bureau, however these ladies did a very great job with explaining to me why it is important to their company and how it supports agriculture and all the wonderful benefits that come with the membership. Since then I have taken advantage of the program, it has SAVED me money! I was able to book my vacation this past summer with over $200 dollars off simply because I was a member with Farm Bureau. You ladies are doing a fantastic job. I most definitely look forward to doing more business in the future with Farm Bureau.

Whitley Sines is the greatest!!!! She sat us down explaining our coverage and what we were getting into unlike other insurance company’s who just want your money. She is very timely with her members a few weeks after getting homeowners insurance we had wind damage to the side of the house she responded within minutes and had us feeling like family. I would highly recommend her and the entire Farm Bureau company.

I was getting ready to enroll for Medicare and they helped me tremendously with understanding the process and obtaining supplemental insurance. They also helped me to get additional life insurance. Both process were quick and very simple to go through. Thank you very much for your help!!
