Everyone we spoke to at Steven Nissan was so friendly and helpful. They answered any questions we had. Our salesman, Dante, was so sociable and knowledgeable. He showed my daughter had to work all the controls. My daughter loves her car! It was a great experience buying a car here!

From the initial inquiry to when they came out to our house to pick up the car, all of the communication was very helpful, considerate, polite and respectful. Best customer service I've experienced at a dealership. Jeff in the parts department was extremely knowledgeable, and was able to accurately answer every question I had on my 17 year old truck. I wanted to order OEM parts and the pricing was cheaper than a third party. I definitely will be back when its time to move into a new vehicle.

Everyone was wonderful. Bobby Pendleton went out of his way to find me the SUV I wanted because you did not have it. I have called him twice with questions already and he has been polite and had the answers. All members of the sales team were very polite and the finance department made my experience very easy. I would definitely recommend this dealership. I might not get my service there because I live over an hour away but that is the only reason.

We appreciated the lack of high pressure and the efficiency of the three employees who helped us. We weren't left waiting long. The deal offered on the trade-in was fair.nnNo complaints at all, but just a suggestion that if a couple is looking, the salesperson asks if they want both names on the title. The finance manager began the paperwork assuming that only my name would go on the title.nnIt's a nice car, and we're satisfied with what we paid.nnWill Daniels
