What good it making a reservation if they have an over an hour to wait for the car.nnI would understand if I had just reservation but I made this days ago. On top of that there was no one ahead of me.nnOne other person came up and he left quickly because he upgraded to a more expensive car.nnIt seems like a beat and switch!nnThe service polite but making the reservation at this location was not worth it. I should have just taken an Uber and rented it in town.

Just returned a vehicle and I forgot a sweater inside, I returned literally 5 mins later to retrieve it, their response was sorry I can't help you. Wow!! horrible customer service, not even an attempt to help. Good thing it wasn't my passport or wallet. Needles to say I will never rent from this company again.

The cost quoted by Expedia was more than doubled when I checked in. The vehicle I asked for economy, I was told I could wait for someone to return (even though I was late for pick up due to flight delays) or I could take a van. I wasn’t charged and the lady at the desk was pleasant. (Reading reviews I’m worried what my extra security deposit return will look like).nnNow a 24 hour drop doesn’t exist. Flight at 0600 and NO number between hertz and thrifty that a person answers or you can manipulate to get a person. Terminal help can’t help. Had to call airport police who said it doesn’t open until 0500. Followed up by Airport Police at 0445 that it wouldn’t open until 0700. So we were all directed to drop vehicles off at Enterprise entrance and then call to explain.nnAt 1045 Central time (since the automated voice mail on a 800 number says 7-6 Central) recording still says “call back during business hours”.

Be prepared to pay 100ish more for the hidden fee than you were told to pay if you went through rentalcars or any other third party. I was told total was $130 including taxes and eventully got charged $230. The car was in a good shape and everything but the charge was just so sketchy and not upfront.

The WORST service ever!!!! I had reservations, when I arrived they were CLOSED it was 11:10 pm. No phone call or email to say that they were Closed. I contacted customer service no response. There sister companies Dollar and Hertz were also CLOSED. Still waiting for a refund. I had to go with Alamo they were super accommodating and gave me an upgrade without charge.
