The customer service was amazing!! Both young ladies were super. They were very professional. They were very knowledgeable my reservation and very efficient.
The Staff at this location are above great. I thank them for making me feel extremely important and made sure my needs were fully met. The Manager's name is Tiara and she was above and beyond my expectations. I would always go to another location or the airport, however this Pentagon City location is convenient location with less taxes needed. And my rental was clean, fresh and double cleaned when I asked for another cleaning. Number #1 for Customer Service.!

If I could I would, Give ZERO stars. Mr. Thomas attitude is unappreciated at 8am. I reserved a car for 9am via Uber Market Place. I called because the day before I spent money going and coming back because I was told by Avis representative they would be open even on the holiday. Apparently this franchise makes their own rules. Before I can get my question out he immediately told me they didn’t have cars available, I asked why am I able to request if you don’t have any. He say he want know until 11am and I have to call. I asked why do I have to call shouldn’t your office call me for the inconvenience? His attitude and voice as if I’m annoying him. He should possibly find another professional, customer service is not his best option. Do better and get new staff
