I wish I could leave 0 stars. They did not have any cars. When I asked if they could help find me a location that does, they said it was my job to find a location that does. 4 locations and 3+ hours with customer service later, I found a location that did. Only it was smaller than my original reservation. I spent 5+ hours of my life trying to get the car that I reserved when it should have taken 30 minutes.nnHorrible Horrible HORRIBLE customer service. I cannot express enough how ridiculous it is trying to get someone to help. The physical locations always tell you you have to call customer service. Customer service says you have to talk to the location. Online tells you you have to FB message them. Well I DID Facebook message them and they said they couldn't help until the reservation was closed. Now that the reservation is closed they tell me they can't do anything because services have already been rendered. What kind of messed up scam is this? Will never use Hertz again.

Staff failed to let me know about the company’s policy of filling the gas tank full before returning the car. As a result, I was charged $100 for a “fuel charge”. Apparently, the company charges $10 per gallon—ridiculous.

Worst Experience Ever, Horrible Location & employees. I booked a car july 4th weekend which was unavailable when i went to pick it up. Employees did not care or even try to find my another car at another location. They also stole my Gold points which i used to book the rental. I will never rent from Hertz again.

I was hesitant to rent from this location after reading the reviews but I did it and I did have a good experience. The office is very small and there is only one employee. I called a head of time to make sure there is a car available and by the time I got there, Robert had my car ready; he drove to another Hertz location to get me a car. In addition, when I returned the car, I arrived 1 hour earlier than my drop-off time. I called and Robert answered and came promptly. Good Luck!
