Nice change of scenery from the old place beside the Mercedes showroom. Same great staff, always had a very professional, efficient and friendly experience here. Excellent selection of cars too, typically have newer, higher spec/premium vehicles here. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this location to rent a vehicle - they'll take good care of you.

Cars were good and the service was nice too. It would be even better if all the employees had enough knowledge about the complete process instead of the few employees.

I have used this Enterprise twice. The first time they did not have the vehicle I reserved in stock. They offered to switch me to a smaller car. Classic bait and switch. The second time an hour before I was supposed to pick up the car they called me to inform me they had no vehicles in stock. After reading other reviews it seems this Enterprise makes a habit out of not having the cars they promised to their customers. I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau.

DO NOT GO TO THIS ENTERPRISE. Car that was given to me had damage and the associate told me PRIOR to the contract being officially completed to not worry because the car already had a claim on file for all of the damage. Assuming this was true and that all of the damage had been marked, I went ahead with the car. Upon returning the car they decided that the damage was my fault (which it wasn't) and that they were going to have to review the tapes and were going to file a claim with my insurance.nnSo incredibly wrong. If it were my fault, that would be one thing. But to pin already existing damage on a customer is just beyond me.nnAdditionally, the first employee who walked me down joked about the customer ahead of me turning the car down due to damage. The associates laughed, which clearly shows they knew there was damage to this vehicle.nnGo to the Enterprise down the road. Highly do not recommend bringing your business to this location. If you absolutely *must* use this location, be sure to do a thorough interior-exterior inspection, especially if they seemed rushed and do a very basic walk around (from several feet away) with no flashlight. With how dark the garage is, all of the little damages are highlighted in the light of day. Renter beware.

The enterprise on glebe was okay. However, I wanted an intermediate car and I was given a Ford fiesta, which was more like a compact car. I could not even fit my whole family in the car comfortably. I have a knee problem so it was hard to get in and out of the car comfortably. Also, I have a 13 year old that's like 6 feet tall and he couldn't even stretch his legs in the bag seat the proper way. My husband was riding in passenger seat and he couldn't even stretch his legs properly either. The backseat has absolutely no leg room whatsoever. Other than that the customer service was great. They were friendly. If you have tall family members or knee problems, this would not be the car for you. Next time I want what I paid way too much money for.
