Cheapest rates I found in Lexington. Very helpful staff.

Cancelled my reservation without notice. Will not get my business in the future.

The last two times I've rented a car it has been filthy on the inside (dirt, food, stains, cigarette smoke) and I've had to request another car. This last time I saw another customer get into the exact car I raised concerns about without them cleaning or addressing the issue I raised.

Quick pick up and drop off. I reserved a compact car but got upgraded to a mid-size. Overall good experience.

They did not have the model I reserved but they put me in a comparable ride that worked great for my entire visit. It was an easy pick up and drop off for a reasonable price. Staff was friendly and the facilities were clean.
