Enterprise Rent-A-Car

**Someone is stealing catalytic converters out of personal vehicles at this location and Enterprise will not claim responsibility for damages***nnRental wise, my experience with this location was easy and smooth. The employee that helped me was friendly and accommodating. The car itself was clean and well maintained.nnMy main issue with my rental experience was that, when I left my personal car at the lot, someone had stolen my catalytic converter out of my vehicle, resulting in nearly $300 in repairs. I called Enterprise to ask if they had any cameras that pointed at the lot where personal cars are left and they did not. I asked if they offered any protection for cars left on their property and they did not. I highly recommend not leaving personal vehicles at this location since someone may steal parts of your car and the company will not do anything to help you.

Made a reservation. I got all the way there, waited forever, and THEN was told that there were no cars available because I was one of 6 people waiting for a car. WHY did they allow me to make a reservation if they were already completely booked?!?!

Enterprise has the best prices I have come across for car rentals. They are always so friendly whenever you have a in-person or over the phone questions. Vehicles are ALWAYS clean and well taken care of. The rewards program is a major perk to being a loyal customer with them. I try to rent from them at least twice a month, when I'm able to.
