Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Had to have a rental for almost 2 weeks while my car was getting repaired. Enterprise picked me up at the repair shop and provided a clean vehicle (Kia Optima) for me; drop-off was also simple. Only downside is the hours, I wish the location was open past 5 pm on weekdays, but other than that great service, will use again if needed!

Manny was great, explained everything really well and the whole process was efficient. Good social distancing practices at this location as well.

Enterprise & CarStar have a great relationship that made it extremely easy to access & return the Enterprise car. Enterprise personnel brought the car to CarStar, went over the details with me there and that was it. To return, I just left the auto at CarStar & that was it. The Enterprise car was clean, the explanation of the rental agreement done well and staff were very friendly.

I really appricated the help I got after a accident of hitting by other car when travalling during COVID19 time. Call the enterprise office nearby and got a replacement right way and even got upgraded with no extra change.

Absolutely freaking ridiculous that someone who’s driving from out of town and had his vehicle break down can’t rent a vehicle here without a credit card. Absolutely ridiculous screw this place.
