Enterprise Rent-A-Car

My wife and I work opposite schedules.I received my vehicle at the body shop which is why I'm giving a 2. I had my 3 year old and baby to switch out. The rep that brought me the rental refused to be a passenger, I refused to leave my children at his mercy with him being the driver. After his boss told him to wait for someone to pick him up he asked me about my wife's accident. I let him know that she was rear ended at a stop sign. Since he was trying to say that my driving caused my vehicle to be at a body shop.nUpon returno the vehicle I let enterprise know the vehicle would be at the body shop for them to pick up. The manager was not happy about this and told me I was trying to waste their time. In the end we took the vehicle back late that night. Horrible customer service! I really do not want to deal with these people ever again.

not a bad place but let me tell you if you don't have a credit card it becomes nearly impossible to rent a car good for a variety of different Vehicles although there is a lack of communication

The rental facility and staff were great. The rental car was not good. The car started out good, but on the first day of my rental the air conditioner stopped working.

I am only giving 2 stars. 1st star is for agents. They were courteous and patient. They also was able to get a vehicle for me. 2nd star for an available vehicle. Other than that I was truly disappointed. I made an economical selection for a one day rental usage. There was no economy vehicle available. It was baffling that a reservation could be made for a particular vehicle and one was not available. Furthermore instead of charging for my agreed upon rental rate I had to pay extra because of the vehicle that was available. The vehicle I received was not properly cleaned, but the agent informed me of the smoke and dirt in vehicle. Because the severity of the vehicle use I choose to accept vehicle. I think I should have been charged for the economy rate. I am a UPS driver that used my discount which didn’t amount to much. In the future my car rental of 1st choice will not be enterprise after this occurrence.
