Loved the ease of this nice port. Easy access to food and shopping for everyone getting off. We opted for a cruise line sponsored Jeep that was conveniently located across the street. Great city and well worth the money to see so much of it without a group. Nice ships with amazing people that are happy to assist the visitors.

Most lovely place. And cruise terminal is well maintained and surveillance around. No one can enter into cruise ship dock area without proper identification. The security does their job so well with smile no matter what the weather is or anything. There are plenty shops to shop . Tramway is close by. And weather is all time perfect to be around.

Always glad to be arriving by cruise ship to Juneau, AK. At the ship docks there is the Mt. Roberts Tram, good seafood restaurants, a small glacial soap shop and easy access to other food and shops in the Downtown Juneau area. A fun place to be and do things. We hope to return in 2020.

Cruise ship terminals are never overly exciting. But, I was anxious to disembark and embark upon an adventure.nJuneau was a wonderful stop and a day of walking the city was very rewarding.nMemories of the port and the city will linger in memories forever.

Cruise ship port with all the usual...decently maintained, reasonably clean, lots of opportunities/meeting spots for excursions etc. We opted to walk into town rather than take the shuttle...it was a bit of a hike but for us...worth it to stretch our legs. Otherwise...nothing here worth coming to unless you're going to or from your cruise ship ud83dude00
