Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Awesome business, and the best customer service also. Unfortunately, I was involved in a 3 car accident which took me over 9 months to settle with my insurance carrier, Liberty Mutual who also was the carrier for the Shuttle Bus owned by a large Hotel chain whose shuttle bus driver was listed as the reckless driver in the incident, as traffic was stopped when I was hit twice causing me to hit the stopped car in front of me twice at 40mph. 9 months of PURE HELLLL followed, not to mention the long calls to at least 20 different people who where constantly putting me on hold, in their efforts to drive me insane during this first accident in myn72 years. When I was finally okayed for a rental car for the 3 day repair to my BUMPER, Enterprise took care of me, and I was very thankful. Well, Of course I insured the rental car for those three days and when I saw the fees come thru on my credit card I again asked LM why I had to cover those fees when I was NOT at fault. I refused to pay the under $120.00, and was immediately put into collectons by LM.nOh, and during these hell months, I was told I had to salvage my car to end this process of settlement, which I DID. I feel awful that Enterprise is owed this money, perhaps they will stop doing all business with Liberty Mutual, which has several subsidiarys, like AAA, Safeco, Liberty Seguros, Wausau Ins., Am Trust Surety, Liberty Citystate Holdings Pte Ltd., Helmsman, Liberty County Mutual blah blah, (LIU) Liberty Mutual Reinsurance, American Fire and Casualty. Their 45,000+employees must've been told how to drive customer's insane to make them go away, or to pick the wrong old lady who owns a loved and trusted Subaru which I've shipped from CO to OR, which just hit 99,900 miles in my driveway. At 22 yrs young, she's still the best. I'll make it right ER-A-C.

Game from out of town. Needed a 4x4 for the snow. Not only did they have a wide selection, they had the vehicles on and ready when you come to pick up. From start to finish. I would say that this is the best experience I have ever had renting a car!! If you need a rental check this place out!! The staff rocks!!!

I had a bad car accident outside the Dalles on a weekend. Ben went out of his way to take us to Portland (over an hour away) so we could get a car to get back home.
