Great customer service, in and out with your rental in no time.
The folks at the National Car Rental at the Medford, OR airport are just the best. Always available to provide assistance and are great at fulfilling special requests. After a long day of air travel, its nice to talk to a friendly and smiling face at the counter. I recommend them whenever I can.
The National team at the Medford, OR airport made the rental process fast and painless - sign and go - just that simple.
Normally no issues with National but when arriving at the Medford airport I got to the counter and it was closed sending people to the enterprise counter. I had arrived an hour and a half before my reservation which is never an issue. Went to the enterprise counter and the lady told me I had to wait until my pick up time because “nothing was ready”. I waited an hour and a half and came back up to the counter. Same lady told me nothing was still ready and continue to wait. I told her I would take anything even in a cheaper class than what I had rented. Another 20 minutes later the car is “finally ready”. Get out to the lot and the National spaces are full of cars including a number of sub-compacts for rental that I would have gladly taken. The car had no indication of being made ready for me I think this was just some power trip on the lady at the counter’s part.
