They were 30 minutes late picking me up only 5 minutes from their location despite the fact that I had a reservation. Then once I got to the rental facility they made me wait another 60 minutes to get a car ready. They said it would be 20 minutes and left me waiting an hour. No apology for wasting my time and they just act it’s normal. It should have been simple and quick since it’s prearranged.

We recently rented a Suburban for our 5 day trip to Southern California because it afforded us our own space and our 4 year old granddaughter could play with anything in the big toy box we put right by her car seat. So much better than flying in a plane! This is our second experience with the popular Suburban SUV and it was once again enjoyable, roomy, quiet, comfortable and gave us a great view up above most other cars on our drive. We also had tremendous room in the back of the vehicle by folding the 3rd row seating down, so our luggage, Christmas gifts, assorted sweaters, jackets and a big case of bottled water easily fit with room to spare. My husband particularly liked that our family was in a large vehicle, and would be much more protected in an accident, should one occur and did I mention he hates flying? Renting a Suburban SUV is our first choice for travel to see our family and friends in other states and Enterprise has been our favorite rental car company for decades. Thank you Enterprise for another memorable rental experience!

My car is the shop and I needed a car. Enterprise is the best place to go. They took my car warranty and got me in a car very fast. I asked if I can swap out the cars due to it more and they said yes. I have always rented from enterprise and never had a issue or anything with them. I will continue to rent from them and always recommend them to others.

Rental process went quickly and smoothly. $200 deposit returned quickly the following day after return. I was also given a newer and nicer SUV for the cost of economy rental!! It was a sweet ride for the weekend.

Rented a car through Costco travel. Was very pleased with the car received. An initial confusion was very satisfactorily straightened out by Zachary. I will rent from Enterprise again. Thank you for such a pleasant experience!
