Thrifty Car Rental

These guys are the BEST!!! I bring my car from Boise to Benny to work on, I have a 2013 Nissan Altima, I was taking it to the dealership in Boise for 6 years until they continued price gouging me, every 3-6 months when it was time for an oil change, they would tell me I needed a new this or that, until I met Thrifty and Benny!!! I trust Thrifty 110%, he has taken such great care of my car! Doesn't try to sell me what I don't need, it's always been very hard for me to trust mechanics.......until now! Amanda is always able to fit me in at short notice, cool establishment, comfortable environment if you have to wait. Thank you to the gang at Thrifty - from Bev to Amanda to Benny - you will be my dealership and mechanics. Thank you for taking such great care of me and my car!!

Today I was hit by another driver that pulled in front of me as I was passing through Mountain Home. I ended up at Thriftys and they were incredibly helpful and friendly. The gal at the desk that helped us (I didn’t get her name unfortunately) was extremely friendly and helpful. One of the other staff let me borrow a phone charger as my phone was dying while I fought with my insurance company about getting a rental. They were gracious and considerate of us while we were there for a bit. It was a great experience, even though it was a frustration situation overall. I really appreciated the staff at Thriftys.

We had a tire blow out on the freeway while on a road trip and they went way above and beyond to take care of us. I can’t say enough about how helpful they were. Truly amazing service, just out of the goodness of their hearts.

Friendly and helpful people. I have rented a car from them before and it was very nice and they were friendly. I have a service scheduled for my car and before I even brought it in the lady at the desk was very helpful and courteous. I would recomend the service and rental department to any one.
