Rented a car online for airport pick up and the location was closed! Could not pick up a car at all. Took an Uber to their second location and they would not help and not give us another vehicle and said we had two wait 3 hrs for the same dude to go and open the other location. The owner of the location (Thomas) was there did not apologize once or express any sympathy.nWent to enterprise in town and they were super nice!

After a flight delay to Santa Fe Airport I had fears that the Avis counter would be closed. Thomas was there waiting for us. Was processed with keys in hand in about five minutes. Thanks Thomas, great service!

If I could give less than 1 star I would - we made a reservation for for today to pick up at 10am and when we arrived the gate was closed we were told they wouldn’t open until 1:30pm. We made this reservation on their website not through a 3rd party and when we called to get help they did absolutely nothing. They basically told us we were SOL! Although the website allowed us to make the reservation, there was no updates prior that hours he changed and their google hours do not match here either. This business is coke pelted untrustworthy. Not to mention that it’s also hard to get an Uber/lyft around here to leave this airport. Do not rent from this company. We used Hertz when we were in a bind.

Actually open on Sunday, which is discrepant with info published here. Nice and helpful female employee. Good clean car, including eco capabilities.nClose to gas stations, so save yourself the $10/gallon charge if you don’t return it full.
