Wow! If you're looking for an easy to get to location with an incredibly staff, this is the place. Hilton Garden Inn Rio Rancho was probably the best hotel stay I've had in 2+ years, which includes several 4 star resorts. For a budget Hilton, I was surprised by the level of decor and thoughtfulness in the lobby and rooms. I was even more surprised and pleased by how friendly all the staff was, from check in to housekeeping. We even went to the kitchen to ask for dish soap and they were super accommodating! I could not recommend this hotel enough.
The staff was absolutely excellent! The manager and Annie went above and beyond to arrange my stay. Everyone is super friendly and very welcoming. Their breakfast was delicious and more than I expected. The room was very clean and I felt very safe. Definitely a very good experience.
Fantastic location. Lots of great restaurants near by. Really friendly staff with great suggestions on where to go and eat. Fantastic maintenance. If you got something broken or not working ask for Craig.
A quiet location with excellent access to the surrounding area. Staff member Drew was awesome! Great attitude with excellent customer service - others could learn a lot from him. Room was clean, well-lit, and spacious. Adequate linens and toiletries were provided. The breakfast was good though they ran out of some items mid-way through. Overall the experience was great. I would return in the future even if for Drew's excellent service alone.
The rooms were clean, beds super comfy, the staff treated us really nice. We were able to book the pool everyday we were there, that helped wear down the kids.
