Extended Stay America - Albuquerque - Rio Rancho Blvd.

This place is really great due to the management. Specifically Caesar. The man makes every situation better by his immediate actions to help. I stayed there for 2 months and noticed the increase in up keep in my room, details to the other areas, and customer care (help) when he was working.nnThe rooms were in good shape compared to other Extended Stays. Great price for the room you get.

We are staying here for at least a couple weeks, as we just moved to the area. It's very clean. Rooms are clean and comfy. Staff very friendly. We actually had a little water leak this morning fro. Above and the staff jumped on fixing it already. Price is great for a family or Individual whom needs a long term place w all the small touches of home.

am a travel nurse and was supposed to be staying at this hotel for 98 days. The night manager Cesar and the customer service department through extended stay were so very helpful. I have never been talked down to like I was by the general manager Wayne. His customer service skills are horrible along with His comment to me of “I’m sorry your not smart enough to understand” ” the room when I checked in was disgusting. Reeked of smoke and weed. The bed had hair, crumbs and cigarette burns everywhere, and rotten food was left in the cabinets. We discussed this with Cesar the night front desk manager (who was absolutely amazing) and he fixed it immediately, so we stayed due to his response to the issue. On Monday upon arrival at the hospital I was notified my start date was moved and the contract was being modified, I didn’t need to be here for 2 more weeks. I discussed this with Wayne, at the front desk and he assured me that I would be fully refunded. I packed and came back to be checked out, he was extremely rude. I explained that I had discussed with him earlier about me changing my reservation and that now I was just needing to move my reservation. He handed me a piece of paper with a fraction of what I paid as a refund. When I questioned it and why it was not the full amount, he stated “ I’m sorry your not smart enough to understand” however, he hadn’t explained anything to me. I went to get my husband so he could come and try to understand and he stated “ if he comes in I’ll call the cops” I asked for what and he refused to talk to me. He went to the back room and would no longer respond. I will be posting on all travel nurse websites for all travel nurses about my experience with this manager, and how in helpful he was. This was ridiculous. Nobody should ever be treated this way.

We had the worst experience with extended stay America in Rio rancho New Mexico. The night desk person was terribly rude when we called to let them know we were running late. Then he was even more rude when we arrived in time to keep our reservation. The hotel grounds were dirty and had trash all over. The inside was malodorous. Our room was not cleaned well. The sheets were dirty and our dog found a dirty sock that was not ours!!! We checked in at 11:30pm. At 6am were were woken up but the rude night manager telling us to evacuate the building due to a smell. We could not take anymore so we checked out at 8am. Now they refuse to refund the rest of the reservation which was 6 more days!!! This was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel in my life!

Great place to stay for the price. The general manager cares for his customers and is friendly. I'm extremely picky and we find this place very comfortable. The units are clean but could use minor maintenance but most people won't see this. We stay here often and have always felt comfortable with our choice.
