We have rented several times from this location and we have always had good service, professional attitudes, and satisfactory vehicles! On more than one occasion they have help us upgrade for no further expense in our part. Very satisfied!
Excellent customer service and friendly staff
I've worked with them before and they're good, but you're screwed if you get in an accident after hours on Friday (which happened to me) because they're closed on Saturdays. Only giving 2 stars because accidents don't just happen 9-5 Monday - Friday. They need to be available on the weekends.
Can I give a negative 4 stars. Rude, didn't have the truck I reserved. Didn't try to find one. Told me to call around and see if another Enterprise had one. No apologies, didn't try to make it right--treated me as though it was my fault for expecting what I reserved. I walked out went to Avis, got a truck and a better price.
