I reserved a rental car for a few days online. The night before my reservation was to begin, about ten minutes before they closed, I got a call saying there wasn’t a vehicle available for me. They told me they put me on a waiting list, and would give me a call as soon as one became available. I scrambled to make arrangements for the following work day, and waited for a call back saying a car was ready for me. I never received another call from this location letting me know one way or another whether I would get a car or not. Definitely doesn’t make me want to do business with them in the future.
Hertz picked me up from the dealer location which was very nice. The pickup driver was on time and processed my rental application quickly and professionally. The rental car I was given was a nice treat. The INFINITY was fun and relaxing to drive. The car was clean, tanked up, and ready to go. The heated seats and steering wheel made for a relaxing drive. Overall the experience was a good one and I am happy my dealership choose Hertz as their rental car choice for customers. Thank you to the great employee team at Hertz Rental for their outstanding work and services they provided me with. Hertz at Paradise Hill Shopping Center.
Clean place friendly staff great pricing, the selection was limited this day but was told it usually has a much broader selection. Looking fwd to the next rental!!!
