Do not rent from the budget.I did not inform me on January 1 that I was to have a major credit card to pick up the car I needed and since then have made me wait over two weeks to get my money back even after telling them my father is dying in California and I need to get there as soon as possible. I will be suing The budget company if my fathers dies before they finally decide to give me my return
The local office we picked car up, was great. They were more than willing to assist us when they could breathe. Being Short handed was obviously taking it's toll. Mike took care of us with great customer service. Now your district office was absolutely a horrible experience to deal with. Over 3 hours of being switched, hung up on, and plain out lazy, rude customer service...... They need to over haul their whole dept ..
