This was the single best car rental place I've ever been to (and I've been to a lot). My boyfriend and I were on a road trip in Utah when our car (that we own) broke down outside of saint george and had to be taken in for repair. We showed up at the enterprise and basically said we wanted to rent an SUV but we didn't know for how long (could be one day, could be a couple weeks). The person working there (who I think was the manager) rented us an SUV for a great price starting with one day, and said just to call or email as often as we needed to renew the rental and said he would lock in the price. This saved our road trip, thanks!
Renting a car from Enterprise was very easy. The clerk was friendly and helpful. The price was very reasonable and Enterprise issued a refund when we were able to return the car early. It was great that they are right next door to Dealer Collision Center!
My husband Tim and I Experienced what true customer service is when the branch manager named Austin was very helpful and courteous toward us helping us figure out our XM radio and choosing the best car for our situation. We will definitely use enterprise again for all of our rental car needs! Thanks Austin for all your help!
Enterprise Rent-a-Car was so easy to deal with! Austin, the manager, was very friendly and helpful. I would DEFINITELY use them again!
Got a free upgrade. Very easy to work with. They only take credit cards, no debit cards. Very accommodating. For a small fee they allowed us to return the car to the airport for convenience.
