This location is one of the best that you will ever get to deal with. My wife was in an accident and our insurance company reached out to this location to setup a rental for us. Assistant Branch Manager Crystal Smith called to help us get into a rental not the other way around. She has great customer service and is a great asset to your location. When we need to rent a vehicle again this will be our location that we will be using.
My work ordered me a car for a trip. Went in and worked with Brian. The process was quick and easy. Brian was super friendly and nice to work with! Just picked up the vehicle but so far a great experience thanks to him.
Helpful staff. Grateful they are open Saturdays. So so expensive though. $175 for 24 hr rental going one way interstate. Still i appreciate that they were open and running.
Car rental experience from Enterprise was seamless, as always. I appreciate their service and swiftness in satisfying all my needs. The car was awesome and I enjoyed the rental - which helped me out of a pinch when my car went into the shop while on vacation. I had a very smooth and efficient experience with Enterprise this past weekend. The customer service was great. They had several cars on the lot and ended up giving me the one I liked better than what they had planned to give me. The drop off was quick and easy and the rep was very kind, polite and appreciative for my business.
