1799 superior Cleveland Budget and Brian who works there gives out bad information on rental cars I have rented cars before but not there his service and communication skills need attention management. I honestly think he lied about his name being Brian
Unfortunately, Stephen the agency operator, is lacking in skills to properly run this location. Many times he has gave my PREPAID rental away to other customers arriving to book a rental on the spot (they pay more). Today I caught Stephen lieing directly to me about my reservation and again I arrived with no vehicle available. His own staff told me he was lieing!! Very confused on his continued lack of customer service and record of misinformation he provides to his customers...nnEDIT: As you can see from the owners response below, this location cares little about service. Would rather their customers continue to jump through loops to file a complaint. I think you wasted enough of my time already, how about you call and actually provide customer service.
If I can give zero stars then I would have. I have never in my life been disrespected the way Stephen Eugene did on June 30th 2020. This man Told me he wasn’t renting to me because he swiped 6 cards for me. I don’t even own 6 cards. He was so rude told me to get out constantly disrespected my father . I Was in tears I will never rent from here and I want to warn people before they waste their time or their money.
Very very slow se rvice, cars have a lot of damage (scratches)And their brand new. Didn’t even have the car I booked and nothing upgraded but a downgrade class! Never renting again!
