Some places just don't know what customer service is. Didn't seem to care what vehicle we took. Didn't seem to care if the vehicle was in good order (it wasn't--tire had a slow leak and check engine light came on a couple hours into our drive, and stayed on). Didn't seem to care that we had issues beyond wanting to know which tire had a leak. All our business will likely be going back to Enterprise who bends over backwards to make things right when there's any issue.

Fast service. Nice cars to rental.

I reserved a car on for today (Saturday) at noon. I arrived a little after one and was told they rented my car and had no others available. Really?! I’ve rented from this location many times but no longer. You just lost a very good customer.

I cannot say enough about the service we received from Andrea, James, Jeremy and staff. We flew in from California, all 150 of us. I worked our needs out in advance with James and Andrea and they definitely delivered. The vehicles were exactly what we needed and they went above and beyond to help me get all of my members on their way quickly. Thank you so very much and we will be calling you again next year. You are the best!
