Service was good, but do not pre pay reserve online with budget. They do not explain to you that by prepaying they will charge your cc the amount for the reservation, and then when you get you rental another 250 for a deposit. If you reserve online but don't pay they'll only charge a 100 for deposit. They need better communication.
The best Sunday hours of all the local rental places. Newer car. Unlimited miles. In and out. Very competitive rates. Quick and competent service. No complaints. Can't think of any reason to go any other place in the greater Dayton/Wright-Patt area. Thank you very much.
Reserved a Ford Escape online. Staff was very friendly and upgraded me for free to a 4Runner . They followed CDC guidelines and wiped down the vehicle inside and out . Definitely would recommend and will be a return customer.
