The staff got me into a rental quickly. It was seamless and easy. This helped my mental health emotions. Particularly after a stressful morning. The staff was polite, professional and courteous! Had a hard time getting a car but once I did it was great

The prices seem to go up alot and the deposit goes up seems like every couple months. Smh the people are ok but they really need to work on the prices. The cars are very clean.

Needed to rent a vehicle for a week at the last moment. Received professional and courteous service from Marly (sp?). When I returned the vehicle, I left the cigarette lighter adapter portion of my cell phone charger in the car. I called Marly the next day and she told me she would check with the cleaner and call me back. She called me later that day and informed me that she located the adapter. I was surprised by the customer service. Lately it seems good customer service has been a thing of the past!nMy only complaint was that the interior of the vehicle smelled of smoke and the interior windows were absolutely filthy!!
