Unbelievably exceptional service. Michael and another lady took care of my rental which I had little over two weeks. They were both very professional and exceeded my expectations including the gentleman that disinfected my rental made me feel very confident about their efforts to maintain health and safety of the customers. Definitely one of the well managed and best enterprise locations in NY. Despite the pandemic and the high volume, the entire team was working hard and quickly to serve the customers with a high sense of urgency. Extremely happy!!!.
Very helpful staff. Car was clean. But $55 a day for a sentra is high
Service is very good. People working at these location are very nice. Would be helpful to update hours of operation. I was given a car with defective tire, which somewhat complicated my trip, but overall it was OK. I am using this location for years (close to my home) and would recommend to others.
Mike took great care of me.I was in and out in 5 min.I needed an extra day while my car was getting fixed and i simply called him and it was done.Pulled in to drop off and someone came right out and in 2 min i was on my way.He also asked if i had a ride home.Will always go back if i ever need a car! Thanku!
Friendly and helpful staff. Make sure you call in advance by a day or two to get a car though, especially during the busier seasons.
