We had a very positive experience with Enterprise.nThe customer service and the vehicle that were provided were excellent!
I called and asked for a Suburu the gentleman Connor said he would find one for me. He called me back and said he had found an Outback for me. It was very nice that he was able to find a specific vehicle for me. Thanks Connor
The only problem I had with my recent car rental is that the car was not ready for me when I arrived. So I had to wait about 20 minutes standing outside. Every other aspect of the rental process when smoothly.
I recently rented a car that was filthy. Windows had to be cleaned by us when we got home. We had to remove food from between the the seats , dirty Kleenex from the back seat and vacuum the entire car. I was told I would get a discounted rate due to the issue, however I was still charged a total of $596 for for 15 day. $35 a day cut in half doesn’t add up to that to me but then again according to the last supervisor I spoke to insurance companies never get discounted they are always charged full price regardless of any issues. How is that legal? You advertise about cleanliness everywhere and this vehicle was nasty! I have several pictures to prove it.
Have had to use them twice in the last few months and exceptional service even durring these troubling times. Was offered an upgrade for no charge at the airport and second trip needed to upgrade and paid a very fair price to do so. Overall wonderful experience. Will be back
